Enrolment Application

To register your child's name at the College, Click here to display the current Enrolment Application Form, or right click and "Save Target As" to download the Enrolment Application Form to your computer.

Return the completed Enrolment Application Form to the College Office with $44 application fee and a copy of your child’s most recent school report (where appropriate).  You will then be contacted for an enrolment interview during the period 12 – 24 months prior to commencement.
