Email is the primary method of communication with parents, supported by various online platforms and tools to enhance engagement and information sharing.
SeeSaw
This is a learning communication platform that we use in the Junior school. It provides opportunities to share the learning that is happening in the classroom. All families will receive a QR code to sign up for this.
SEQTA Engage
Formal written reports are provided in Terms 2 and 4 and will be available to download from SEQTA Engage. Parents/Caregivers will receive an email alerting you when a report is available.
Consent2Go
The College uses Consent2Go to collect and store student’s health records accurately and to provide consent for College events, excursions and camps in a secure and timely manner.
This platform can be accessed from a mobile device or computer, and allows parents/caregivers to review and update:
- contact details
- students’ medical details and dietary requirements.
- consent for students to attend excursions and events electronically
Qkr!
Qkr! is a free, secure app by MasterCard that lets you easily order and pay for your child’s lunch from the Wattle Cafe anytime, anywhere.
BusMinder
BusMinder ensures students’ safe commute by providing real-time route tracking of our Private Bus Services, instant smartphone notifications if they miss or board the wrong bus and a convenient way to digitally manage ticket purchases.
