Pedare Application Process

Your Application

Applications may vary depending on the position for which you are applying. We look for the following when considering applications:

  • A completed application form (filled in electronically or by hand)
  • A covering letter no more than two pages
  • A resume that includes:
    –    educational background, including academic transcripts (where applicable)
    –    relevant work history including achievements
    –    membership of professional organisations
    –    interests including voluntary and/or charity work
    –    relevant skills or experiences
    –    recent professional development courses
    –    prizes, scholarships or awards
    –    name and contact numbers of 3 appropriate professional referees
    (your current Principal will be required for teaching roles)
    –    a statement of educational philosophy (for teaching positions)

Position: Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning

Tenure:

5-year tenured position, 1.0 FTE.

About the Role:

Pedare is a coeducational Independent Anglican and Uniting Church School comprising of Junior (R-5), Middle (Years 6-9) and Senior (Years 10-12) based in Golden Grove.  We are committed to developing young people to make a difference in our global community.

The Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning is responsible for raising student achievement and driving quality teaching and learning across the College in a way that is consistent with Pedare’s Strategic Plan, vision, mission, and values.

Position: Safety and Compliance Officer

Tenure:

Permanent position, 1.0 FTE

About the Role:

Pedare is a coeducational Independent Anglican and Uniting Church School comprising of Junior (R-5), Middle (Years 6-9) and Senior (Years 10-12) based in Golden Grove.  We are committed to developing young people to make a difference in our global community.

We have an opportunity for a Safety and Compliance Officer  to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.  The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
