Position: ESO Administration Assistant and Receptionist
Tenure:
Contract Position (42 weeks) Commencing 2021, Full Time (1.0FTE) Grade Three
About the Role:
This position will be responsible for two areas within the College; 0.6 FTE Administration Assistant and 0.4 FTE College Receptionist (job shared arrangement).
The Administration Assistant and Receptionist will be enthusiastic and well organised, to provide support assisting with the smooth running of the Executive office. This will include planning and implementing meetings, events and functions, and high-level administrative support to ensure all administration functions are managed efficiently and effectively.
They will also provide administrative support to the Community Relations Manager and other stakeholders within the College as required. They will ensure all reception and administration functions run efficiently and effectively. They will be involved in answering incoming calls and greeting visitors/parents/contractors/students.
To do this, they will possess good attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, and be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
