Pedare encourages the development of leadership skills and offers a range of formal leadership roles in Junior, Middle and Senior School.
An exciting aspect of the College leadership program is the mentoring that takes place between the year levels. Leadership opportunities include:

- Junior School Captains (Year 5)
- Community Captains (Junior, Middle & Senior)
- Sports Captain (Senior)
- Arts Captain (Senior)

- Pedare Student Voice (PSV) (Junior)
Student leaders are expected to be excellent role models, to work on initiatives that support a positive student culture, to coordinate activities and to represent the College at official functions.
